Tracy Mountney

Having joined us in 2019, Tracy is enjoying her second year with the team. With a strong background working for Barclays Wealth Management in Operations and International Projects, she joined us with a head start.

Living in London, and like so many, Tracy has had to be a busy working parent juggling Homelife and delivering resilience to a number of clients right through during 2020.

Specialising in analysis, performance management, projects and validation - this has had added to it the focus of extended crisis management invocation, getting past several lockdowns and beyond.

Tracy's mandate covers a number of clients where they have engaged us to deliver outsourced strategic continuity and resilience, together with long term service delivery management.
